Tabby Brown, a London-based Playboy model and actress, has died at the age of 38, her former manager confirmed Tuesday to The Sun.

Brown’s cause of death is unknown.

The international actress and presenter previously dated pro soccer players Raheem Sterling and Mario Balotelli.

Brown was linked to Sterling in March 2016, when the pair reportedly enjoyed a date at a Manchester hotel.

She dated Balotelli for seven months after meeting the Italian striker in a nightclub in 2011, according to The Sun.

“I really fell for Mario – against my better judgment,” Brown told the Mirror in 2013.

“He told me he wanted us to settle down and have a family.”

Brown explained at the time that she broke things off with Balotelli after she found out he was “having a baby with his ex” and saw “constant stories about him partying with other women.”

The influencer, whose Instagram page has 314,000 followers, last posted on the app seven weeks ago, sharing a video to her highlights while in a bathroom.

The brunette previously appeared in ads for Virgin Atlantic, Canon, AXE and Lynx — and also starred in Channel 5’s “The Bachelor.” (Channel 5 is a British broadcast television channel).

Brown’s Instagram also includes posts in collaboration with health, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands including Oh Polly and Goli Nutrition.

During a 2012 interview with Snoop Dogg, Brown explained that she broke into the modeling industry after she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and worked as a business manager.

“Then one day I got a commercial for Virgin Atlantic and ever since then I was like, ‘You know what, there is so much money to be made in commercials, why not? I can always got back to the business world,'” Brown said at the time. “You’ve got to set yourself a foundation first and foremost.”

Brown also appeared in a number of music videos for Snoop Dogg, B.O.B and more.
