Channel 5 has unveiled its brand new look ahead of a rebrand on Thursday.

The Viacom-owned channel, which also operates MTV and Spike, has been teasing a fresh new look since 2014, and has finally shown off its new logo and branding.

The channel’s sister brands, 5Star and 5USA, have also been given a lick of paint, and catch-up service Demand 5 will now be My5.

The rebrand will launch tomorrow (February 11) on Channel 5 and online.

Channel 5’s VP of marketing, Jo Bacon, told Creative Review: “Channel 5 is for everyone – we’re for the masses, and appeal to all of the UK, some of the time”.
