Paul Walker Sr, Paul Walker’s father is suing Porsche. He believes the Porsche Carrera GT lacked basic safety features which he thinks could had saved his son’s life.
His friend and business associate Roger Rodas who was driving the car when it crashed lost control of the vehicle and then hit three trees causing it to burst into flames in Santa Clarita, California.
Rodas’ widow, Kristine, who has put a claim against Porsche into federal court, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the car dealership in state court on Wednesday.
Porsche has denied in other lawsuits, including one filed by the actor’s daughter, Meadow. That it is responsible for Walker’s death.
The company called Walker: ‘a knowledgeable and sophisticated user of the 2005 Carrera GT.’
Lawyers representing Porsche told Meadow Walker, that her father did know exactly what sort of car he was stepping into. And what could have happened when his companion decided to go above the suggested speed limit.
Porsche believes the death of Meadow’s father is neither their fault nor their responsibility.
